Haggy is an evil witch that works for the Uompa Luompian Kingdom and Prince Lowtor. She uses her magic to serve his aims, but secretly also manipulates him behind the scenes to direct the Uompa Luompians as she wants.
She once had an incident with Ayane Anno she’d rather forget- and used her magic to ensure everyone else did.
