Harry Key was a small-time private investigator who occassionely performed industrial espionage for additional income. He was blackmailed by Michael O’Brian into stealing the Guardsman armor for him. Key took the time to steal plans to Stark’s industrial complex in Long Island. He later burglarised the complex and was about to steal all of Iron Man’s spare armors stored there. He was apprehended before he could get away.
