Heels is Boots’ female partner. Both are time traveling secret agents from the year 3210. Similar to Boots, Heels wears a yin yang mask with the the opposite black and white halves colored in. She doesn’t have any super powers but does have a mechanical arm gauntlet that has the ability to shoot plasma blasts.
