Monitor of earth-16, Zip Hermuz was one of the Monitors who banished Nix Uotan to the orrery of worlds.
After the end of the Final crisis, he offered back his status to Uotan but Uotan reject the offer. Along with the Monitor race, Hermuz was absorbed by the void, living only in the memory of Uotan.
