Information
Ambara was born to a family of noble origin who had fallen on hard times. She was a childhood friend of Warbow. He had a crush on her but never found a way to voice his feelings. Ambara later became the handmaiden of Lavour, another noblewoman. Lavour was betrothed to Prince Crystar and Ambara came to love the young man as well, keeping this secret for the time.
When conflict begun between Crystar and Moltar, Ambara was horrified to find Crystar mortally wounded. She dragged his body to relative safety until Ogeode arrived to help them. She witnessed her love being transformed into a Crystal Man. Crystar appreciated her rescue and Ambara served as his love interest for the rest of the series. She had some medical skills although the source of her training was not mentioned.
