He`s alot weaker (muscle wise), nervous and less brave than his friend, but is vigil, sophisticated, intelligent and has numerous other good virtues. Serves as the mediator between France and Flatfeet-tribe. Oumpah-Pah gave him the nickname Two-scalp, since he has a wig.
