Ice Box Bob was a sick and twisted serial killer that would butcher his victims with an ice pick and metal tongs. Ice Box Bob is eventually apprehended by the police and sentenced to death by electrocution.

Ice Box Bob was created by Larry Hama and Henry Martinez in 1994 and first appeared in Blaze # 1.
