Isabelle was sent to America to infiltrate Cajun Creed’s drug racket. She found her way to Steven Grant’s mansion looking for Marc Spector (Moon Knight) and her one time lover Frenchie. Clearly distraught, she said her goodbyes and left Frenchie a box. She instructed him to only open the box if she did not come back. Cajun Creed captured, tortured, and then killed Isabelle over the stolen money and drugs. Her death was eventually avenged by Moon Knight and Frenchie when they captured Cajun Creed.
