Jaws is a James Bond enemy from the films “The Spy Who Loved Me” (1977) and “Moonraker” (1979). He has stainless steel teeth with which he can bite targets to death. Even when a shark attacked him at sea, Jaws ended up eating them. He also appears to have super-human strength and increased invulnerability. He has survived electrocution, “an Egyptian structure’s collapse on top of him, being hit by a van, being thrown from a rapidly-moving train, sitting in the passenger seat of a car which drives off a cliff, a battle underwater with a shark, the destruction of Stromberg’s lair and repeated falls from large heights. He merely picks himself up, dusts off his clothes and continues on his way. A hit by Bond in his testicles caused him no pain but a metallic sound was heard. The implication being that he has balls of steel. He might be a cyborg.
He is given a more sympathetic portrayal in his second appearance, gaining an unnamed bespectacled girlfriend.

He is played by Richard Kiel in both films.
