Origin
Elizabeth Rodriguez immigrated to the US from Cuba at the age of 3. At age 18, Jazz graduated from the American Intelligence Command with a 4.0 overall grade point avarage. Her high marks caught the eye of the Inside Central Intelligence who wasted no time in recruiting her. This highly trained, exotic operative was paired with China to form the lethal combat team known as Double Impact.

Jazz was created by Ricky Carralero and was based upon his wife Judy Carralero.
