Created by Kelvin Gosnell and Mike Dorey – Joe Black first appeared in a Tharg‘s Future Shock in the pages of 2000AD and became a regular returning character in the early years of the comic.
Joe Black travelled the galaxy as an agent of P.E.S.T. (Planetary Exploration and Survey Trust).
