Little Known Fact:
The character Rocksteady from the original animated series was loosely based on Joey, Rocksteady inherited his large guns, , and his speech pattern (pronouncing “turtles” as “toitles”) from this character.
In the original animated series, pre-mutated Rocksteady also bared more then a passing resemblance to Joey.
