Angélique Marais is Anne Marais‘s daughter. Since childhood, she has been very shy, insecure and very attached to her mother. After having faced her fears and having been taken hostage by a serial killer in the Paris metro, she acquired more confidence in herself. Harlan Draka saved her from the aforementioned killer thanks to his temporary powers of Master of the Night, but the vision of his vampire self traumatized her, and she needed time before being able to accept him again. Today she completely got over her problems and works as a freelance journalist and has a relationship with a Paris police officer named Pierre.
