Origin
Lady Crime is a pale red garbed specter of crime that finds those contemplating a life of crime and encourages them to do commit their first one, she then egress and even possesses them for brief moments to commit worse and more criminal acts. When the perpetrators are finally arrested she disappears. While egging them on they are the only ones who can see and hear Lady Crime.
Creator
Created by Bob Powell, Lady Crime only made one appearance, however she was brought back in 1992 by AC for a one-shot that reprinted her only story and put her in as the narrator of two other Bob Powell crime stories.
