History
 Born in Havana, Rey Quinones fled Cuba to come to America shortly before the nation was destroyed in 1962. He joined the army, and became a member of the Metal Men , using his childhood nickname Lobo as a codename. After the war, an automobile accident left him in a wheelchair.
