On Puckworld:
Lord Dragaunus was the last of the Saurian Overlords, a race of world-conquering reptilian aliens. Centuries ago, his kind was banished into Dimensional Limbo by Drake DuCaine, the hero of Puckworld. Dragaunus developed a gateway generator and escaped, vowing revenge on the entire planet of Puckworld.
In the past, Saurians used dark magic and sorcery to achieve their ends, but Dragaunus prefers technology, as it got them out of Dimensional Limbo. One day, the unsuspecting citizens of Puckworld were invaded by Dragaunus’s flying warships called Monitors, which landed on the planet and enslaved the population. An elite team of ducks recruited by Canard infiltrated his headquarters and blew it up, forcing the Saurians to flee via the dimensional gateway, landing in Anaheim, California.
On Earth:
Once arriving on Earth, Dragaunus used a cloaking device on his ship, the Raptor, and disguised it as a mountain until his henchmen could get the Bulerium crystals online, which would power the ship again. Eventually, the Mighty Ducks found the Raptor and blew up its engines, forcing Dragaunus to periodically teleport and cloak his ship throughout the series.
Every few episodes, Dragaunus would send his henchmen to carry out his schemes, whether it was stealing weaponry or building doomsday devices. Most of his plans involved obtaining Bulerium crystals to power the Raptor, or finding some other means to power it.

Wraith: “This is a mistake, Lord Dragaunus; if we do not use the dark powers of our ancestors, I predict a dismal outcome.”
Dragaunus: “This conversation is closed, Wraith! Technology freed us from that dimensional limbo with my new gateway generator. And technology will crush Puckworld FLAT!!!”
Siege: “Those feathered freaks are after us!”
Dragaunus: “We shall escape them, as we escaped that dimensional prison.”
Dragaunus: “ARGH! Even the cloaking device is malfunctioning! Doesn’t anything on this blasted ship work, Siege?!”
Siege: “The sensors show signs of the ducks, Lord Dragaunus.”
Dragaunus: “WHAT?! Wraith, Chameleon, you must get the Bulerium crystals online. We can’t stay stranded in these mountains. The ducks are searching for us even as we speak!”
Dragaunus: “We can’t go on like this forever– limping from one hiding place to another on impulse power!”
Siege: “And sooner or later, the ducks will spot us with the Mask.”
Wraith: “As long as the Mighty Ducks stand in our way, I fear the worst.”
Dragaunus: “They won’t stand in our way for long. One day soon, I’ll pick my teeth with the wishbones of those meddling mallards…ha ha watch me!”
