Character History
Lou Webber is a New York City Police Detective and Partner to Maureen Fernandez. He also knows Painkiller Jane‘s secret identity and where she goes for medical help. he is not comfortable with her methods but continues to side with her and his partner. His knowing Jane almost cost him his families life as they were threatened with a shotgun for information to the whereabouts of Painkiller Jane.
