History
Lucas Brand and his motorcycle gang was hired by Jason Faust to hunt down, torture and kill people. Brand’s gang caught Dracula and beat him up while he was weakened from loss of blood. Dracula escaped and killed Brand, who was then transformed into a vampire. As a vampire Brand battled and actually defeated Dracula in one on one combat. Brand was later killed by Doctor Sun.

Abilities
Aside from the normal powers and abilities possessed by all Vampires, Brand had an extremely strong willpower. Brand’s willpower was so great that he was able to resist all of Dracula’s efforts to control him mentally.
