When the U.R.R.S. began to dissolve, young gymnast Makita followed her father Rudov Galilei into the Nokgorkan resistance, waging war when she was just a young teen. Now a seasoned warrior in her mid-teens, Makita is a force to be reckoned with in hand-to-hand and weaponed combat.
As Makita’s father lay dying, he gave her a letter for Maya Antares. Not knowing that Maya was a member of the Red Fleet and ergo her enemy, Makita delivered the letter. The letter turned out to be from Maya’s husband Marcus Antares, who had been presumed dead. The contents of the letter spurred the crew of the Konstantinov into mutiny, dragging the reluctant Makita along for the ride.
