Major Story Arcs
Marcella is a drunk who gets involved with Harry Bellinger. He gets her hooked on hard drugs, which helps her check out of parenting. She often passes out, which gives Harry ample opportunity to paw at Maria and Lucia. Carolina dies falling down the stairs and Matteo dies falling off the apartment building. Despite evidence to the contrary, Marcella does not seem to blame Maria for the deaths. However, when Harry is killed while trying to molest Lucia, Marcella goes into a rage and butchers all of Maria’s beloved pigeons. Maria then kills Marcella.
