He has an office at park and 27th. Former Chicago accountant. He is now in charge of a Punishment Squad. This group is killing mobsters from New York City. He is obviously manipulated by Alaric. Running away from Frank Castle, he shoots at a little girl and he tells the Punisher that he never wanted to do something like this. He is shot by Angela while he was about to tell a secret to the Punisher.
