Marksmen eye has been replaced special optic that allows him even greater accuracy. He is a master of stealth and even before is optic upgrade he is one of the most accurate snipers in the world.
His specialized gun has a number of add-ons that he can adjust before he leaves to go any a mission. Marksmen is always the one that is ready for a fight. Marksmen will run away without hesitation if he is not prepared for something.
With Photon’s backing Marksmen always has high tech traps in areas when he expects things to happen. He carries a few items with him that have saved him several times. One of which is a Monofilament dagger that can cut through just about anything on a molecular level.
