Nothing is known of Marl’s powers as a mutant besides that fact that he’s big. He was posted as a glorified doorman outside Crestcoast, a place in the Askani timeline that mutants thought of poorly. Getting reports of the Dayspring unit’s oddities, Marl and his fellow doormen halted the family and threatened to turn them in to Ch’Vayre. Paladin Turrin stepped in, however, and threatened to take away some of the privileges the doormen enjoyed. Marl and company let the Daysprings pass and turned their ire on the man who had reported on the Daysprings.
