Masked Rose is a hero that opposed the Superhuman Registration Act during the Civil War. She was present when reporter Sally Floyd was taken to their secret location and granted an interview with other heroes in the underground resistance that also included Battlestar and Typeface. This underground resistance were looking to join forces with Captain America‘s people.
