Mekaneck is a partial conversion cyborg able to extend his neck upward and also at right angles, his spine and legs are also reinforced to keep him from falling over. His eyes have telescoping, targeting and other scanning capabilities. He was often sad at the fact he didn’t have super strength or wisdom like his fellow masters, but he felt he had finally proved himself in the fight against Jitsu.
