Brief History
When the Huntsman was battling the Champions of Los Angeles he summoned a Titan of Myth Menoetius. In eons past he fought Zeus and was blasted by Zeus` thunderbolt .Since that battle he gained the power of electricity and became living energy .He was shocked  by Black Widow when she lured him to step into a wet puddle and was defeated.
