Origin
A costumed thief who steals antiques. He has also worked with Bushman on several occasions. His son is former sidekick of Moon Knight called Midnight.
Creation
Midnight Man was created by Doug Moench and Bill Sienkiewicz in 1981 and first appeared in Moon Knight #3.
