Moira is the older sister of Button, who she cares for after both of her parents died. Roy Harper stays with the two of them for a time in Northern Ireland. She would watch Lian for Roy when he went out.
Moira gets injured in a fight by the Sanas. She and Button are adopted by Mrs. Sebastian.
