The unstated leader of PSI Force. Tucker has the ability to not only read mind (telepathy) but also “push” at least twenty individuals at a single moment to do his bidding (mind control). Tucker can also leave post-hypnotic suggestions on others which cause them to forget their encounters with Tucker or anyone else. Wayne is the one who figures out that the Psi-Hawk is compelling the group to stay together. For his powers to work, he needs to concentrate. If people are shooting at him, he may not be able to push them to stop.
