Major Story Arcs
As a child, Omar and his cousin Rictor watch as his uncle Louis Richter gets gunned down by Stryfe. While Rictor is scared of the ferocity of Stryfe, Omar believes that he and Rictor should be outside trying to protect the family.
When Omar grows up he becomes a full part of the family business of running guns with the new leader, his father Gonzalo Richter. Things run foul, however, when he and his father one day get injured in a gunfight. He tries to talk Rictor into smuggling in some guns so that he can escape the police upon discharge. Rictor refuses and Omar accuses his cousin of turning his back on family.
