Origin
Little is known about Patricia Wexner. The sole carer for her invalid sister Eileen, she drowned her sister to be rid of the burden. The death was pronounced accidental, and Patricia lived the remainder of her life a free woman.
Creation
Patricia was created by Steven T. Seagle and Teddy Kristiansen. She made her first appearance in House of Secrets #1

Patricia is summoned to the House of Secrets, where she faces the Court of Secrets on a charge of murder. She is found guilty, and sentenced to life eternal.
