The “President of the Bank” was an otherwise unnamed bank robber. He and his partner Butch decided to break into the 10th National bank at night and steal the contents of its safe. They were seemingly unarmed and were ambushed by Officer O’Krime. They were about to be arrested when the “President” realized the officer was a “chump”. He claimed to be the President of the Bank, emptying to prevent an actual robbery. His tale convinced O’Krime to help them out.Â

The President managed to escape that night with 200,000 dollars and a stolen patrol car. He has no powers or weapons. But he seems to be an above average con-artist and a persuasive speaker.Â
