HISTORY
A criminal Martian ruler who attacks the home of Dan Hastings on the lieutenant’s asteroid near Mercury. Quandas injures Dr. Carter, his son, Bob Carter, and kidnaps Carter’s daughter, Gloria Carter. When Hastings discovers this, he tracks down the Martian and defeats him.
