Raquel is a “ditzy blonde” at Midville High who is attracted to Goober, and is drawn so as to appear less attractive than Wendy and Raven. She is willing to buy and lend Goober things even though he ignores her. She is also friends with Harvey and the rest of the gang.
Raquel is a Marvel version of Ethel Muggs from Archie.
