Remfro Rynchus is a resident of the City in the Sea. He is fascinated by the concept of flight and considers himself an expert on the flight patterns of “zekes” (pteranodons). He is also a friend of Hannah Dundee.
Remfro piloted a sailplane that Jack Tenrec restored for him, and thus accomplished the first manned flight of an aircraft since before the Great Cataclysm.
