Origin
Rosa lived in Detroit with her boyfriend Roscoe, his friend Chevy and her younger brother Baseball. That all changed when Roscoe was sent to jail and escaped using the power of super speed, thanks to the drug MPH.
Creation
Rosa was created by Mark Millar and Duncan Fegredo
Powers & Abilities
Rosa possesses the same powers as Roscoe and the other Runners thanks to the drug MPH; super speed, stamina, endurance but she also briefly studied Jut Keen Do and was shown to have a certain measure of control and prowess in combat when she fought Chevy.
