Scratch was created by Warren Ellis and Carlos Pacheco; he first appeared in 1996’s Excalibur #96.
Powers & Abilities
Scratch is a mutant with small energized slits in his palms that build up bio-energy and can discharge it as explosive blasts of electricity, or anti-gravitons for a form of flight.
