Second Sister

Major Story Arcs

Like most Inquisitors, The Second Sister started off her path in the force in the light. Originally named Trilla Suduri, she was apprenticed to Cere Junda during the waning years of the Jedi Order and Galactic Republic. In the aftermath of the Clone Wars, Trilla and Cere attempted to hide from clones carrying out the sudden execution of Order 66, but were captured and tortured by the Empire. Trilla, broken from both the torture as well as her master failing to protect her, was consumed by the dark side and joined the Empire as an Inquisitor, adopting the title “Second Sister”.

5 years after the Clone Wars, The Second Sister received word of a young Jedi Knight named Cal Kestis who was hiding out on the scrap planet of Bracca. After Cal exposed himself in a futile attempt to strike down the Second Sister, the Jedi went on the run and The Second Sister began her hunt. The two would later encounter each other on the planet Zeffo, where The Second Sister revealed herself as Cere’s former Padawan, Trilla Suduri. After Cal acquired an astrium on the planet Dathomir, Trilla tracked him to Bogano and succeeded in stealing the holocron Cal’s quest was centered around after he got distracted from touching Trilla’s saber, which gave him full sight into her origins, including her fall to the Dark Side.

Now sympathizing with Trilla, Cal attempted to turn Trilla back to the light during their final duel in the Fortress Inquisitorius on the planet Nur. Trilla attempted to resist, but when finally confronted by Cere, who expressed genuine remorse for her choices, Trilla was finally able to return to the light and let go of her hate. This redemption was however short-lived, as soon after Darth Vader arrived and swiftly struck down Trilla for her failure, ending the Inquisitor’s life in cold blood.
