Making her first appearance in TeenAgents #1 in 1993, as a member of the TeenAgents, Seera posses the abitility to transform herself into a vaporous state. In this state Seera can levitate and/or fly. It is also suggested the Seera may have a slight empathic abilities but is yet unknown.
