Kae is the Atlantean Seneschal and a member of the Atlantean council. He serves king Aquaman. He is a royal officer in charge of administrative duties in Atlantis as well as monitoring any surface or aquatic threats to the world. He has extensive knowledge of everything concerning Atlantis.
Creation
Kae was created by Aquaman writer Jeff Parker and artist Paul Pelletier. He made his debut in Aquaman#26.

Kae is an Atlantean and possesses their typical superhuman abilities.

Kae like all Atlanteans has some degree of superhuman strength.
Enhanced Durability
Kae like all Atlanteans has some degree of enhanced durability.
Underwater Adaptation
He can function normally underwater and is able to withstand the high pressures and extreme temperatures of the deep.
Intellect (Administrative Duties and Atlantean History)
He is the Seneschal of Atlantis and an expert on administrative duties and monitoring the day to day operations of Atlantis and the Atlantean Council. He also has extended knowledge of Atlantean history.
