Shock & Awe are conjoined twins working for Anthem. Their listing in Anthem’s database includes “Aural detonation” (of a considerable nature) and “Physical limitations” (presumably their conjoined status.) As part of Anthem’s Los Angeles Strike Force, they helped take the Midnighter prisoner but were later killed during his escape.
