Origin
Spike is a gang leader that nearly gets Steele Kerrigan tossed back into prison for twenty years a short time after he starts his parole. Steele has to break out of prison and capture Spike to save his girlfriends who is kidnapped by Spike’s gang. He then gets Spike into police custody.
