Stephanie Rotunda was just three years old when she turned up missing at the #11 mine in Indigo City. It is believed by many that she was killed by the Lure. Her disappearance was written up in the Indigo City Sunset.

Stephanie was created by Rick Veich and Alan Moore. In the comic her one image is an actual photo of an unknown real person.
