Stewart Frazier is a Captain in the Midway City Police Department. He was married to Lorraine Frazier but they had a divorce. His ex-wife Lorraine started her own private investigation firm in New Orleans, Louisiana. Prior to his divorce Stewart was working with the New Orleans Police Department. Lorraine was murdered in Hawkman #13 by Ms. Hunter‘s assassins for the gangster Mr. Lewis Brundage.
