Tech-Noir is a member of Omega Flight that attack Talisman at a mall. Tech-Noir and her other teammates include, Brain Drain, Miss Mass, Sinew, Strongarm and Bile whom are hired by the Master of the World. Â

Tech-Noir was created by Simon Furman and Pat Broderick in 1992 and first appeared in Alpha Flight # 110.Â
