During Shadowland he possessed Daredevil and nearly pushed him to the brink of permanent evil by trying to kill, Foggy Nelson, Matt Murdock’s dearest friend. A chi strike from Iron Fist chi was able to purify Daredevil of the Beast’s influence and Matt subsequently relinquished control of the Hand.
