Ayaman is one of three essential parts to the universe along with the Singularity and the Dreamer. Together they make the universe a reality.
Ayaman is summoned when two beings from Sof, Aya and Aman, fuse together. Ayaman was the one to inform the Silver Surfer of Marduk and his duties to save the life on Earth by commanding the Great Ark. Eventually, Ayaman foresaw the complete destruction of Earth and ordered the Surfer to rebuild on Sof.
It was Ayaman who informed Ellie Waters that she was the Dreamer. He was able to coach her to use her power and she used it to recreate Earth. All the event involving Marduk and the Great Ark were erased from existence.
