Origin & Story
The Citizen first appears during the attack of great monster. However, he does not take part in the fight against the monster. White Eagle meets him during his flight to the city limits, where he has to deal with the threat to the city.
Citizen saved a young girl from rape. On the other hand, he wanted to kill the criminals who assault a woman – White Eagle stopped him.
The Citizen is a classic example of anti-hero who does not believe in justice and law enforcement authorities, He administer justice alone, by his own method
