Toughy Cat was a comic character published by Timely Comics, Marvel Comic’s predecessor, during the ‘funny animal’ craze in the 1950’s. He most often fought with Ziggy Pig and Silly Seal. After this craze had ended, Toughy Cat was hardly ever seen again.
