Triax is an evolved warthog and follower of the evil Man Beast.
Triax served the Man Beast while he was under the alias Omega. Together they attempted to steal the Infinity Gems from Adam Warlock and the Infinity Watch but failed.
Later while the Man Beast impersonated a US Senator named Kyle Munson in an attempt to get revenge on Warlock, Triax impersonated a man named Ralph Shaw and worked as the Senator’s bodyguard. Again they were defeated by Adam Warlock and taken into custody by the Avengers.
